Shipping, Printing & Store Policies

Print Quality

When you purchase a print you'll receive a high quality print that was made using archival, fade-resistant + "museum quality" inks on professional grade/quality velvet art paper (matte.). All prints are shipped with a rigid backing and inside a rigid cardboard envelope to prevent bending in transit.

All postcards and art cards are professionally printed, featuring a satin finished front and an unprinted back, ready for your messages. All postcards and art cards come with envelopes, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
* All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within two business days once payment has been confirmed. Please note that checks can take several more days to clear.

* All paintings, art doll and print orders are shipped via USPS, priority or first class mail with insurance.
Post card and art card orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail.
The shipping charged is a flat rate that is very close to the actual shipping rate for most locations in the USA. Should the s/h charged be $5 or more over, I will refund the difference.

* Please be sure your shipping address is correct as I am not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. I am also not responsible for additional postage to re-ship the order if the packaged has been returned to me for any reason (unless I mistakenly shipped it the incorrect address, of course).

* Once your order has been shipped, I do not have control over it's handling. Though I don't expect it to happen, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
* All international orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS within five business days once payment has been confirmed via PayPal.


* Please note that once I ship the item via USPS, it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. This time frame is out of my control and I apologize for the long delivery times.


* I am not responsible for any custom/tax fees associated with your purchase.


* Once your order has been shipped, I do not have any control or way to track your package Though I don't expect it to happen, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Although I cannot offer refunds, I'll be happy to offer an exchange. Please email me within seven days of receiving your order to discuss the details. Please note that I am not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.
